Meet Beth Hammer
Beth Hammer (bass & vocals) The Velvet Hammer, (a name given to her by Bluesman Al Fuller). Beth was raised in a musical family. At the age of five she began studying accordion, and later learned also to play organ, clarinet, saxophone and flute, but the bass is now her main musical love. She also sings and writes some blues tunes. She also does a Radio Show on Community Radio Station WSLR 96.5 FM each Tuesday Night from 7 to 9 p.m, entitled Blues With The Velvet Hammer.
